We are searching for the best talent for Pesonal Assistant to be in Yokneam
In this role you will Helps coordinate assignments for the support function of the Administration & Secretarial unit, and supports team on the execution of tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Communicates effectively with employees, management, external business contacts, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Acts as support for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to executives, prioritizing and determining the appropriate course of action, response, or referral.
Delivers administrative support to facilitate executive' s ability to effectively lead the organization.
Processes data to help prepare materials for meetings and correspondence.
Helps prepare correspondence, presentational materials, and other documentation in a variety of formats.
Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
Requirments:
Personal assistants must be adept at managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, is vital for interacting with various stakeholders.

Personal assistants often handle sensitive information and must be trustworthy and discreet.

2. Education and Experience:
Academic credentials such as undergraduate - strongly preferred
Previous experience as an personal assistant to an executive level or in a similar role - a must
Consider certifications or training in office administration, secretarial work, or related areas.
3. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is generally required.
Familiarity with other relevant software, such as calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar), and project management software, can be beneficial.
Strong typing skills and the ability to accurately input data are often needed.
Basic knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines is helpful.
