Your Mission:

The mission of the Field Services Inside Service Sales Representative is to maximize service revenue by establishing, building, and nurturing relationships with the assigned portfolio of Customers (Proximity Accounts). In addition to account ownership, the incumbent will manage some tasks related to strategic and targeted accounts by delegating them from Outside Sales Services.

The successful candidate will deploy sales actions telephonically with customers to develop and grow installed base services.

Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!

• Manage assigned accounts.

• Customer qualification and platforming.

• Research contact and identify/plan key initiatives.

• Be the single point of contact for the assigned accounts.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

• Answer customer questions and educate on all SE services.

• Report on account sales and margins.

• Build and manage Field Services opportunity pipeline.

• Analyze & qualify opportunities in the sales system.

• Meet daily goals for outbound sales calls to support the existing customer base and identify and pursue new opportunities with existing accounts.

• Take inbound calls and e-mails to support the existing customer base and foster new points of contact and potential accounts from the marketing and sales campaign, Field Services Representative leads, and Customer Care Centre/other sales leads.

• Develop cross-selling between the Line of Business service offers.

• Transfer new product sales opportunities to Account Managers from the Business Units or Inside Sales from the country.

• Quote and close deals for standard service offers.

• If needed, coordinate with all the Field Service and product teams to satisfy service opportunities.

• Update the data of the customer installed base.

• Document all customer history records in BFO.

• Respond on time and of high quality to on-demand customer requests.

Main interactions:

• Customers, FS Operational Marketing, CCC, Outside Services Sales, Order Management, FS Operations.

Key Success Factors:

• Close collaboration with Outside Services Sales for complex on-demand sales.

• Reactivity on FSR and CCC opportunity generation.

• Regular collaboration with FS Operational Marketing Leader for thorough understanding of demand generation plans, country installed base profile, and associated services offered, available and to be launched in future months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / associate degree in engineering or equivalent

5 years' experience in inside sales, field services or technical sales support

• Basic to intermediate skill in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), BFO.

• Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and services.

• Familiarity with phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media

• Verbal and written communication skills

• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and build customer relationships.

• Successfully complete assigned training paths and successfully engage in technical sales conversations.

• Sales oriented / results oriented / daring / passionate / team player/ organized / resilient / understandable / engaging & enthusiastic.
