  • Address and correct SAP IDoc interface issues to ensure seamless data integration and accurate inventory records.

  • Develop inventory optimization strategies to reduce costs and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

  • Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle and full) and implement corrective actions based on findings.

  • Generate and review month-end inventory reports, identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and propose solutions.

  • Validate adjustments, rectify errors, and maintain accurate records in the ERP and warehouse management systems in line with SOPs.

Key Challenges

  • Ensuring seamless integration and synchronization of inventory data across multiple systems, including SAP and 3PL providers.

  • Balancing inventory costs while maintaining optimal service levels and product availability.

  • Identifying and proactively addressing inventory variances and data integrity issues in real-time.

  • Managing and resolving inbound, outbound, and delivery process variations affecting inventory accuracy.

  • Driving process improvements and implementing inventory best practices in a high-paced and detail-oriented environment.

Who You Are as Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing inventory processes. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Experience:

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in monitoring and reconciling inventory variances.

  • Capability to identify root causes of inventory deviations and implement corrective actions.

Personal Characteristics:

  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner across multiple functions effectively.

  • Adept at balancing competing priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Comfortable navigating complex systems and resolving integration errors (e.g., SAP IDoc issues).
