What You Will Do

The E2E Project Manager will be leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver for RAMET (Russia, Africa, Middle East, Turkey) region: New Product Development launches, modifications to existing products, Portfolio Lifecycle Management through Product Performance Assessment and Optimization.

The role responsibilities start from the kickoff of the project by regional teams through project launch and post launch activities related to lessons learned, monitoring the contribution of the new initiative to the Brand Value and mitigation of risks that may arise. As part of this role, the Project Manager is accountable for achieving the targets set during project definition and for handling timelines, risks, ensuring processes are followed, acts as a gate keeper to ensure value offer to our portfolio and managing project communication and criticalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall innovation projects execution and accountable for achieving project goals on time. This includes:

o Project planning

o Assuring operational readiness

o Coordinating cross functional teams through each phase of the project and all activities to ensure project remains on track - coordination with RAMET Regulatory, Regional Marketing & SC teams

o Monitoring and managing risks and opportunities

o Liaising, agreeing and communicating all aspects of the project to RAMET senior management

o Primary point of contact of EMEA project managers for respective projects

• Lifecycle management:

o Monitor RAMET product portfolio regularly, assess the performance, come up with optimization plans

o Liaising, agreeing and coordinating RAMET demand planning and RAMET commercial/brand teams on portfolio optimization

• Lead Process & Governance: Enable the fluid evaluation and approval of NPD in RAMET Innovation Council. Lead, identify, communicate, and resolve key issues with executive sponsors or key managers. Provide ongoing status communications to all levels of the organization.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Sciences, Engineering, Business & Marketing, or appropriate related field

• 5 years' experience in:

o related field

o managing cross functional expertise (R& D, Franchise Marketing, Packaging development, Procurement, Manufacturing)

o Project Management

• Experience with leadership and conflict resolution skills

• Effective written and oral communication skills

• Knowledge of team dynamics

• Broad business and organizational sense with knowledge of project related Finance

• Knowledge of planning and organization

• Experience with New Product Development processes and terminology

• High level of exposure to upper management, thus skills in rhetoric, presentation, and cross functional team member management will be highly appreciated

• Fluency in English

Desired or Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
  • Project Management Professional (PPM)
  • Master's Degree in Technical or Management field
  • Agility, Lean, Six Sigma Certifications
