We are currently looking for a Maintenance Scheduler & Planning Leader (m, f, d) to join our team in Gloucester.

What You Will Do
  • The primary role of the Maintenance Scheduler & Planning Leader is to improve all maintenance activities by reviewing current performance and proposing opportunities to improve on delivering the schedule.
  • This is accomplished through sound planning practices and use of SAP (CMMS), which includes efficient utilization of labour, parts, materials, and outside vendor services.
  • The role is responsible for ensuring planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities performed. They will liaise with Maintenance Co-ordinators, the Reliability team and other departments to track progress and to ensure the operations areas receive prompt, efficient and quality service from Maintenance.
  • You will support the site in ensuring SAP is utilised in an efficient and effective manner including the generation of weekly and monthly reports.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • SAP or equivalent CMMS Experience
  • Engineering background
  • Experience of CI, LEAN
  • Experience of Engineering Site Shutdown/Turnaround activities would be beneficial
  • Leadership capability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated initiative, the ability to manage work autonomously and deal with changing priorities
  • High value for compliance, safety and environment.
  • Strong desire to continuously learn and develop knowledge and skills
