Description:
Position Summary: Manage end-to-end employee life-cycle transactions and data administration for multiple EMEA countries. Ensure timely, accurate processing aligned with local regulations and support process improvements to drive standardization and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Execute HR transactions (new hires, transfers, exits) in HR systems in line with country-specific compliance requirements.
- Create and issue compliant employment contracts and documents.
- Maintain organizational structures and reporting relationships.
- Liaise with Payroll to ensure data accuracy and timely payments.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records.
- Act as the first escalation point for lifecycle processing queries.
- Participate in testing and implementation of new system releases and enhancements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Job Requirements: Education: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, and/or CIPD qualification preferred although other related fields may be considered.
- Typically demonstrates proven related experience
Special Skills & Competencies: - Demonstrates HR operations experience in an international HRSS environment.
- Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize high volumes in fast-paced settings.
- Proficiency in English; additional European language preferred.
- Knowledge of EMEA labor laws, including UK and EU regulations (GDPR, Works Councils, statutory entitlements).
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & SLAs: - 99% accuracy of HR transactions.
- Zero critical compliance breaches.
- ≥95% customer satisfaction ratings
