What will you do?- Oversee quality assurance and process control across manufacturing operations to ensure product robustness and minimize defects
- Build and sustain a strong quality culture by coaching teams and embedding best practices throughout the site
- Manage change control for new manufacturing lines and process modifications to maintain quality integrity
- Partner with Procurement Quality to address supplier-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions
