Position Title: Manager - Product Quality (QA)

Education & Experience: B.E/ B.Tech ( 6-8 years) / Diploma (8-12 years)

Critical Skills Required: experience in MCCB / ACB, knowledge of IEC 60947-1

Work Location: Vadodara

Key Responsibility:
  • Customer Complaint CRM Call Analysis: Analyse and identify factory actionable calls. Prioritization of product / defect for factory actionable Review with CFT and initiate CA and monitor implementation.
  • Analysis and resolution of line Q issues on day-to-day basis
  • Interacting with Service team for resolution/analysis of site related issues. Need based site visits - PAN India
  • Coordination with functions like Design, Engineering, Purchase and Suppliers for various developments, activities.
  • Improvement projects like Six Sigma, QC story etc
Functional Competencies:
  • Quality function experience preferably in electrical manufacturing
  • Must have exposure to process and product requirement of applicable international standards IS/IEC-60947
  • Engineering Drawing reading & Interpretation, Software knowledge like MS office, SAP.
  • Knowledge of 7 QC tools, 8D, XFMEAs, DOE, SPC, etc. System knowledge on ISO 9001
