Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable QA Revenue Auditor to join our team. In this role, you’ll help review, reconcile, and maintain transaction records while supporting operational accuracy across ticketing, refunds, exchanges, and financial reporting processes.


This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, working with numbers, and keeping processes organized and accurate.


This role is 100% on site at our Duluth, GA headquarters.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Review and reconcile transaction records for accuracy
  • Process refunds, exchanges, and corrections
  • Audit transactions and commissions to identify discrepancies and recover revenue
  • Research and resolve reporting or system issues
  • Maintain documentation and track actions taken
  • Monitor operational systems and escalate technical issues when needed
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve questions and discrepancies
  • Support weekly financial and operational reporting
  • Manage incoming department requests and ensure timely follow-up
  • Assist with process improvements and quality assurance reviews


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1+ year of experience in accounting, administrative support, customer service, collections, operations, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and digital tools
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot issues
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
  • Experience with financial systems, reporting platforms, or transaction processing is a plus
  • Travel industry or GDS experience is helpful but not required
