Description:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Program Services Coordinator for our Group Travel (GTP) team! In this role, you’ll manage the administrative aspects of onboarding new group travel programs by ensuring seamless setup, accurate reporting, and ensuring completed programs are seamlessly closed upon completion. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain account balances, and provide exceptional service. If you're a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys process improvement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
