What You’ll Do

We're looking for a detail-driven professional to manage and reconcile transactions, ensuring accurate reporting. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Auditing and reconciling ARC and non-ARC transactions (sales, refunds, exchanges, commissions, etc.)
  • Processing weekly ARC reports via IAR and maintaining system interfaces (Worldspan, Sabre, OneLedger)
  • Resolving transaction discrepancies and performing maintenance
  • Calculating airfares, taxes, and currency conversions for international tickets
  • Conducting commission audits and revenue recovery
  • Handling refunds, inquiries, and correspondence with airlines (frequent flyer credits, etc.)
  • Collaborating with Operations and Accounting to resolve issues
  • Reconciliation of weekly sales reports and resolving discrepancies


What We’re Looking For

  • To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail and a talent for problem-solving:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; or relevant experience
  • Experience: 1+ year in accounting, collections, customer service, or similar field
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with GDS (Worldspan, Apollo, Sabre) & strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Math Skills: Strong ability to perform basic calculations and analyze data
  • Detail-Oriented: Focused on accuracy with an eye for identifying discrepancies
  • Problem Solving: Ability to resolve routine issues and recommend solutions
  • Prioritization: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Communication: Clear, professional communication (written & verbal)
  • Team Player: Strong work ethic and collaborative attitude
  • Accountability: Receptive to feedback, self-driven to improve performance
