What you will be doing in the role of a Sr. Director, Corporate Partnerships The Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships is responsible for the development, management and strategic growth of revenue from corporate partners. This position oversees a team of fundraisers who cultivate corporate relationships for meaningful levels of engagement, execute dynamic partnership activations and identify opportunities to expand the depth and breadth of partnerships. The Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships also works cross functionally to ensure all deliverables, partner expectations and stewardship are met. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Partnerships & Direct Marketing. What you will bring to the table Contributing to the organizations annual fundraising goal by planning and executing dynamic partnerships that raise significant revenue to support the mission and strengthen the Komen brand. Leading a team of expert fundraisers; overseeing the management and execution of the agreed upon deliverables and identifying opportunities through partner cultivation, development and relationship building to expand existing programs in alignment with the organizational strategy. Supporting the Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships & Direct Marketing with timely and knowledgeable updates related to ongoing pipeline, opportunities, risk-assessment, and other duties as assigned. Working across department leadership teams on execution of partnership deliverables and upsell opportunities, building trust and credibility internally and having a clear understanding of other groups business priorities Inspiring a positive working culture, which is reflected in the working relationships built by the team with colleagues across the organization, strong team performance and professional development opportunities. Ensuring structure and rigor across project management and revenue tracking systems, helping to keep the organization apprised of ongoing business opportunities. Maintaining a strong working relationship with leadership across the larger Corporate & Foundations Partnerships team to promote knowledge sharing and best practices. Serving as a resource for donor cultivation, stewardship and cause marketing industry best practices and trends Establish an environment of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning, a commitment to quality, welcomes and encourages collaboration, and fosters both intra and inter-departmental dialogue and respect. Communicate effectively; research, develop, present, and promote projects; work independently; prioritize work and meet deadlines. Demonstrate proficiency in the use of CRM Systems and Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Perform other related duties as required. We know you will have and be able to Bachelors Degree and 7-10 years of proven experience in strategic growth of revenue from corporate partners Possess and demonstrate keen judgement while developing revenue growth strategies Quickly grasp the opportunities of the role and understand how to work effectively cross-functionally to develop innovative and creative fundraising plans Establish long-term partnerships and strengthen existing relationships with key corporations. Direct planning and leadership for major corporate partnerships ensuring that the appropriate strategies are developed in order to meet and exceed partners goals and expectations.
