Position Title: Performance Planning Manager

Hours: Full Time / 40 hours

Up to 25% domestic travel required

Job Duties:

• Manage all aspects of an organization's cement manufacturing performance planning and reporting including development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems.
• Lead team of individuals responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting of results.
• Leverage lean and continuous improvement principles and philosophies to drive business improvement
• Plans from performance data.
• Work with functional and cross functional teams to set clear action plans, roadmaps, and timelines to meet business objectives.
• Effectively communicate to convey ideas and information to others such as teammates, contractors, and suppliers.
• Use of business information systems such as PowerBI, Plant Focus, SAP, Maximo, etc. for reporting performance and developing interactive dashboards for leadership teams.
• Development of consistent and scalable KPI's / Scorecards for all facilities (including definitions, data requirements, maintenance, data integrity).
• Ad-hoc Continuous Improvement studies with plants as needed.
• Lead team of liaisons for the manufacturing strategy projects.
• Assist in solving business requirement problems creatively, using all investigative resources available to research possible solutions.

Required Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field of study; and 5 years of experience in the cement or construction materials industry or any occupation in which required experience was gained.

Position also requires demonstrated experience in the following:

• 3 years of experience in P& L of plant manufacturing costs.
• 3 years of experience in Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.
• 3 years of experience analyzing data to develop insights and drive business decisions.
