Retail Analytics Specialist

Location: Atlanta or NYC Metro Area Hybrid
Salary: $75, 000 - $85, 000/year

We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and driven Retail Analytics Specialist to join our team. If you're passionate about turning complex data into clear insights that drive real business decisions, especially in the world of e-commerce and consumer goods, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
  • Analyze POS Sales Data: Identify trends and performance insights for tile products sold on national e-commerce platforms.
  • Inventory Optimization: Monitor inventory levels and partner with supply chain teams to support 98 %+ in-stock rates.
  • Product & Market Analysis: Evaluate product performance and identify market opportunities through customer behavior insights.
  • Pricing Strategy: Recommend pricing adjustments based on competitive analysis and profitability.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Support the National Account Manager and other teams with data-backed insights and presentations.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau to track KPIs and key metrics.
  • Data Management: Maintain and ensure accuracy of datasets across sales, inventory, and pricing.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of data analysis experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience with Tableau or Power BI
  • Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication — able to explain complex data simply and effectively
