Position Summary The Senior Financial Analyst in the Finance function plays a critical role in defining and executing the companys aggressive M& A and organic growth initiatives. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will assist the Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) with monthly operations reviews and in preparation of the Company wide Budget. Key Responsibilities MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS Screening of new acquisition opportunities in line with the companys acquisition strategyDue diligence analysis to build cases for acquisitions and to identify issues and concernsIntegrated financial and M& A modeling to drive the decision-making process and post-close budgetPreparing presentation materials for senior executives and the company's Board of DirectorsInteracting effectively with internal business segments as well as with legal, financial, tax, and other advisorsPerforming all facets of diligence related to target companies, industries, and geographic marketsBuilding integration and improvement plans for acquired businesses ORGANIC GROWTH & STRATEGY Become a thought partner to senior business leaders through careful research and analysisSupport creation of content for leadership meetings and the Board of DirectorsSupport strategy development for new business initiativesConduct special projects requiring expert knowledge of multiple departments within the companyCollaborate to define projects and deliver results with cross functional teams (across the company) on key initiatives with increasing oversight of teams as leadership capability is demonstratedProvide hands-on support, including analytics when necessary, for the operational aspects of ongoing strategic initiativesDevelop processes for monitoring project progress and support execution of key initiatives What We Offer Comprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision)Health Savings Account (HSA)Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Short & Long Term DisabilityHolidays & Paid Time Off (PTO)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Retirement Contribution Program - 401(K) Match
