Due to the tremendous growth in our Atlanta Global Headquarters office, we are seeking an Intern to assist us in Operations, Human Resources. Talent Acquisition and other internal office functions.

Responsibilities:

The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing of all responsibilities and/or duties required; other duties may be assigned.
  • Assist with placing job postings on all relevant platforms
  • Scheduling interviews and managing applicant documentation
  • Assist with preparation for university recruiting events
  • Assist with office administration
  • Perform clerical duties, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, etc. as needed
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
  • Run general industry related errands
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records
  • Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry
  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
  • Other tasks as needed


Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing degree from an accredited university or college
  • Expected graduation date between December 2024 and August 2026
  • Proficiency with relevant office PC applications, particularly MS Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong preference for previous internship experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to commit to a regular part-time or full-time work schedule in one of our offices
