Contract Recruiter

CONTRACT RECRUITER ABOUT THE ROLE SANY America is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives across multiple business functions and locations. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and hiring process management. The Contract Recruiter will work closely with HR and hiring managers to quickly identify and attract qualified talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience and ensuring recruiting processes remain organized and efficient. This position is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and is capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with urgency and professionalism. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly, salaried, technical, and operational positionsPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirementsSource candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach effortsConduct resume reviews and initial candidate screeningsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teamsMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring processSupport offer coordination and pre-employment activitiesAssist with onboarding coordination and new hire transitions as needed Recruiting Operations & Process Management Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within ATS and HR systemsTrack recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and hiring status updatesEnsure compliance with company hiring procedures and applicable employment lawsAssist in reducing time-to-fill and improving recruiting efficiencySupport hiring initiatives during periods of growth, operational ramp-up, or organizational transition Collaboration & Communication Provide recruiting updates and candidate feedback to hiring managers and HR leadershipBuild effective working relationships across departments and business unitsRepresent SANY America professionally during recruiting interactions and hiring eventsCoordinate with external staffing agencies when necessary and approved REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or staffing environmentsExperience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong sourcing and candidate engagement experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platformsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience recruiting within manufacturing, heavy equipment, industrial, logistics, or operations environmentsExperience supporting high-volume hiring initiativesExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boardsKnowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practicesMulti-state recruiting experience preferred SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Sense of UrgencyRelationship BuildingCommunication SkillsOrganization & Time ManagementAttention to DetailAdaptabilityProblem SolvingProfessionalismAccountability WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OFFICE-BASED (CORPORATE / PROFESSIONAL) This role is primarily office-based and involves extended periods of sitting, computer use, and routine office activities.
