Service Agent

What You'll Do: Take incoming member service related phone calls such as balance inquiries, conducting transactions, initiating various account file maintenance requests, and other service related requests. Conduct member interactions efficiently by meeting average handle time metrics, following stated processes and procedures and mitigating fraud and risk to the credit union through remote communication channels. Actively seek opportunities to educate members on additional products and services, to support our growth and self-service initiatives. Deliver exceptional service by living out our mission, vision, and core values and meeting our service level expectations. Demonstrates teamwork by exhibiting the following: contributing to team effort, initiative, dependability, positive attitude, good attendance, tact, and diplomacy.
