Job Description

Robins Financial Credit Union is hiring a Project Coordinator in Perry, GA. This is a full-time position.

What You'll Do: Maintain Comprehensive Project Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining all project-related documentation, including project plans, budgets, status reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring that everything is accurately recorded and easily accessible. Monitor and Report Project Progress: Support the tracking of project milestones and deliverables, regularly producing reports that detail project progress and highlight any potential risks or delays. Coordinate Team Deliverables: Follow up with project team members to secure necessary deliverables, validate task completion, and provide support where needed to keep projects on track. Facilitate Resource Management: Assist in resource capacity planning by collecting, managing, and reporting resource data, helping to ensure that the right resources are allocated to the right tasks. Organize and Schedule Project Activities: Coordinate project-related activities such as scheduling meetings, organizing workshops, and preparing materials, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled efficiently. Support the PMO with Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring that all project management tools, templates, and documentation are up-to-date and properly stored. Administer Project Management Software: Oversee and update the project management software, ensuring it is configured to meet the needs of the team and that all data is current. Prepare Reports and Presentations: Assist in the preparation of detailed project reports and presentations for senior management, providing them with the information needed to make informed decisions. Manage Financial Documentation: Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents to ensure that the project's financial aspects are well-organized and compliant. Complies with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act Other duties as assigned.
