Description:

As HR Manager, you are a high-impact leader, partnering with the Site Leadership Team to develop and achieve people strategies. You are an influential advisor, inspirational people manager, and involved presence with Associates. You Will

  • Lead the Talent Management function, ensuring excellent HR program delivery from recruitment to retirement, including employee relations, talent acquisition, new hire assimilation, talent development, performance management and employee engagement
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to the Site Leadership Team, guiding and influencing the people strategy to shape a positive and productive workforce
  • Drive leadership development at the site, from front-line team leads to managers
  • As a Manager, foster a high-performing HR department (1 direct report) by providing clear direction, continuous feedback, development and coaching.
  • Shape the talent acquisition strategy to meet the current and future business needs. A key focus is on cultivating talent pools through community-based channels and delivering a positive candidate experience.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of broad-based Human Resource experience in a manufacturing setting
  • HR subject matter expertise in key areas, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, performance management, legal & regulatory compliance
  • SHRM-CP strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success as an HR business partner to manufacturing leaders
  • Demonstrated success fostering workforce engagement
  • Past experience with Health & Safety is a plus
  • Solid leadership capability
