Position Overview

The dental hygienist is a vital part of our practice and plays an essential role in providing high-quality preventive care while ensuring patients have a positive and comfortable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive care, including dental cleanings, X-rays, fluoride applications, and periodontal therapy

• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized home care recommendations

• Collaborate with the dentist to develop and implement individual treatment plans

• Maintain accurate clinical records, assessments, and treatment notes

• Follow strict infection control protocols and ensure a clean, organized operatory

• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients and team members

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program

• Active state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in [insert state]

• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
