We are looking for an exceptional Receiving Coordinator/Warehouse Associate to add to its Atlanta (Dacula) team. If you are a highly motivated, self-starting, warehouse professional with a strong work ethic, a solid work history along with previous warehouse experience, we have a home for you. In this position you will be required to:

  • Utilize forklift, convey materials and items from receiving to predetermined storage location
  • Store material using correct labels and bin location numbers using bar codes
  • Follow company procedures for products being stored in inventory, (cover sheets, removing banding, etc.) and packaging
  • Review the inbound freight report daily to ensure ample floor space for sorting and stocking material
  • Review manufacturing packing slips to reconcile to company purchase orders
  • Ensure documentation, such as certificates of conformance, are included with and kept for received shipments
  • Assist warehouse management in reconciling stock-out’s, obsolescence, and damaged inventory
  • Review bills of lading to ensure they match the freight carrier information (checks for reweighs and class changes)
  • Weigh, measure and/or count materials to ensure conformance to company quality standards
  • Receive and record weight and source for externally generated scrap
  • Check in all non- conforming material returns
  • Maintain the company quality and safety procedures and requirements for warehouse operations
  • Participate in company-wide inventory counts

An ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least one year of shipping/receiving experience
  • Minimum of one year experience driving a forklift
  • Ability to lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds
  • Experience using a computer
  • A positive attitude and are a team player
