Job Description

OMS360 is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager in Cumming, GA. This is a full-time position.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY OMS360 is seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our recruiting engine across a rapidly growing network of oral surgery practices. This leader should have a proven track record of building high-performing pipelines and hiring outcomes in a multi-site healthcare environment, ideally across dental, specialty healthcare, or DSO/MSO platforms. This role will own the strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization of full-cycle recruiting for clinical and professional roles across the platform -- including sourcing, employer brand, candidate experience, recruitment marketing, agency partnerships, and hiring analytics. The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst, strategist, and operator, who understands how to turn recruiting investment into measurable hiring results. This leader will partner closely with practice teams, operations leaders, and HR leadership to accelerate time-to-fill, improve candidate quality, and maximize recruiting ROI across the enterprise. This is a highly visible role responsible for building scalable talent strategies, creating performance accountability, and helping OMS360 make smarter workforce decisions at both the practice and enterprise level. OUR CORE VALUES Teamwork. We are one community; partners with a shared vision of success. We are more powerful together than alone. Integrity. We communicate honestly, transparently, and authentically. We take responsibility for our actions, building our reputation by doing what is right. Growth-Minded. We seek to constantly adapt and improve. We provide pathways for personal and professional fulfillment. Excellence. We are a performance-driven organization, with a passion for excellence in service and outcomes. We are committed to being the best version of ourselves each day. Respect: We actively listen and seek to understand. We are welcoming to all; treating others with dignity, compassion, and kindness. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level, facility-level, and enterprise-wide roles across clinical and corporate functions. Partner with hiring managers and practice leaders to scope roles, calibrate on needs, and refine job descriptions and specifications. Design and continuously improve sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and recruitment marketing across the most effective digital and print channels. Select and manage placement and search-agency partners where appropriate. Screen, assess, and advance candidates; connect qualified talent with hiring leaders and keep candidates informed throughout the process. Advise hiring managers on offers and salary negotiations, and support credential verification for clinical hires. Build and report recruiting metrics -- such as time-to-fill by role, location, and practice group -- to set priorities and drive measurable improvement. Represent OMS360 in the marketplace through job fairs, industry conferences, and professional communities. Oversee the daily workflow of the recruiting function; hire, train, and develop team members and deliver timely, constructive performance feedback. Partner with HR leadership on retention programs, performance management, and organizational development initiatives, consistent with the organization's RACI model. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in multi-site or high-growth environments; healthcare strongly preferred. Demonstrated success filling clinical and professional roles across multiple locations. Thorough command of recruiting best practices and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Data fluency -- comfort building and interpreting recruiting metrics and using them to inform strategy and business cases. Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate in a fast-paced setting. Supervisory or team-leadership experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential preferred; SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus. WHY THIS ROLE Ownership: an enterprise-wide mandate to shape how a scaling platform hires. Impact: your work directly enables clinical capacity and OMS360's growth. Build, don't just maintain: room to design programs, brand, and infrastructure from a solid foundation. Values-driven culture grounded in teamwork, integrity, a growth mindset, excellence, and respect.
