We are seeking a Learning & Organizational Development Lead to design, build, and lead an enterprise-wide learning and development strategy that strengthens workforce capability, supports organizational performance, and fosters a culture of continuous learning.

This role goes beyond leadership development alone and will own the broader learning ecosystem including professional development, manager effectiveness, performance enablement, role-based skill development, and leadership readiness.

This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on learning leader who enjoys building scalable systems, partnering with leaders, and translating organizational goals into meaningful learning experiences that support employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Needs Assessment & Analysis

  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and leadership to identify performance gaps and define learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR, senior leadership, and department leaders to align training and development initiatives with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with internal SMEs and external consultants to gather content, validate accuracy and ensure relevance of training materials.
  • Coach and guide SMEs on content development, instructional design methodologies, and effective knowledge transfer.

Learning & Development Strategy

  • Develop an enterprise-wide learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals, workforce priorities, and performance management objectives.
  • Identify organizational capability gaps and design learning solutions that support current and future needs.
  • Build scalable learning systems, frameworks, and pathways that support employees across roles, functions, and career stages.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and professional development.

Instructional Design & Development

  • Translate complex leadership concepts and business needs into engaging learning content.
  • Select and recommend appropriate instructional modalities and technologies to achieve learning objectives.

Leadership & Management Development

  • Design structured leadership development pathways for all levels of leadership in alignment with our Leadership Development Framework.
  • Sustain and broaden our leadership development framework that promote consistency, equity, and organizational effectiveness across all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leaders on leadership development best practices.

Program Management & Evaluation

  • Manage multiple learning and development initiatives simultaneously.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness using participant feedback, performance outcomes, and workforce data.
  • Use insights to continuously refine and improve learning offerings.
  • Maintain learning documentation, resources, and training records.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of instructional design.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable, enterprise-wide learning systems.
  • Executive presence and the ability to build trust with senior leaders.
  • Strong coaching, listening, and developmental counseling skills (non-clinical).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and discretion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in learning & development, training, organizational development, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering learning programs for employees and leaders at multiple levels.
  • Certification and/or applied experience with leadership or personality assessment tools such as DISC or similar frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation experience with leadership, management, or professional audiences.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of adult learning and instructional design.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable, enterprise-wide learning systems.
  • Executive presence and the ability to build trust with senior leaders.
  • Strong coaching, listening, and developmental coaching skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Leadership, or a related field.
  • Coaching certification or formal training in leadership or executive coaching.
  • Experience supporting succession planning or leadership pipeline initiatives.
