Title: Deposit Operations Specialist

Department: Deposit Operations

Reports to: Operations Manager

Overview:

Perform daily and other periodic routine deposit operations functions.

Essential Duties:

• Verify deposit customer signatures
• Remote capture review
• Mobile deposit verification
• Scan loan payments
• Cross-train on functions of other deposit operations staff in order to provide adequate coverage when needed.
• Perform all duties in compliance with BSA/AML regulations and requirements
• Obtains adequate data for CIP on all wire and money instrument transactions
• Monitors and reports suspicious activity to the BSA Officer

Education/Additional Training or Certifications:

• High school Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

Knowledge/Experience:

• Software skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Internet, and Email
