Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring automated customer journeys and email marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Leads across all contracts and websites. Nurture leads through every stage of the marketing funnel. Measure, monitor and report on email campaign performance, identifying improvements and increasing conversion rates from leads to programme starts.

1. Design, develop, execute and maintain automated email journeys, workflows and nudges using HubSpot to move customers through every stage of the marketing funnel

2. Execute high-performing email marketing campaigns and newsletter updates, tailored to audience segments and best practices - using personalisation and dynamic content to increase engagement and conversion rates

3. Oversee the administration and configuration of HubSpot to effectively segment and maintain marketing contacts, automated marketing lists and subscriptions across Maximus' businesses and services in the UK

4. Build, optimise and maintain effective email templates for different platforms and devices to ensure a consistent user experience

5. Manage and own email reporting and campaign performance, including Click Through Rate (CTR), open rates, read rates and key performance metrics - using insights to measure, monitor and report on email and campaign effectiveness

6. Conduct regular A/B tests to optimise email performance and implement data-led and data-informed improvements

7. Support cross-channel collaboration across web, paid campaigns, offline marketing activities and automated journeys to maximise campaign performance and support marketing efforts to achieve leads/programme starts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Marketo or Salesforce (essential)

• Experience in audience segmentation, personalisation strategies and lifecycle email marketing

• Knowledge of email marketing regulations and compliance (e.g. GDPR)

• Experience and understanding of responsive email design principles

• Experience using email and marketing automation data and metrics to drive improvements

• Experience of analysing lead gen data and calculating ROI using a range of data sources

• Experience of website CMS such as WordPress is advantageous
