International Tax Optimization Manager

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Partner with Business Development, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting business group leaders in:
    • Understanding and communicating tax impacts of business initiatives (e.g., foreign cash repatriation)
    • Assisting on tax analysis related to business growth and expansion (e.g., acquisitions, divestitures, and investments)
    • Advising on business and legal entity realignments

• Model and maintain tax attributes (e.g., US Foreign Tax credit, GILTI, U.S. and local tax basis, E& P, etc.).

• Research and analyze significant tax topics, including new and proposed U.S. and foreign tax legislation (including Pillar 2), U.S. Treasury Regulations, etc.

• Consult with outside advisors to develop tax analysis and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships

• Present the economic and technical aspects of business transactions to diverse audiences

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation and/or a JD or LL.M. in Taxation

• 2 + years' experience consulting and advising on U.S. inclusions and reporting relative to non-U.S. operations including E& P, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits

• 3+ years' experience with tax technical research, writing and modeling of tax attributes and optimization strategies

• Experience with Microsoft Excel

What Will Put You Ahead

• U.S. International income tax compliance and/or provision experience

• Local country tax experience

• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (including, but not limited to V-Look up and Pivot tables)
