Your Job

The OneStream Systems Analyst role is an internal consulting position responsible for driving the strategic direction and evolving partnerships of the enterprise. The role requires project management, project execution, and system administration skills and is suited to a transformational thinker with accounting and finance knowledge, technical aptitudes, and an open and innovative mind. The product team is highly collaborative, continually looking for opportunities to improve data quality, enhance user experience, improve business processes, and harmonize data and its presentation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization will lead to success in the role.

Our Team

The Finance Technology team provides value-added strategic partnerships with other Koch companies in ownership and support of several key processes and platforms, including Source to Pay, Order To Cash, Record to Report, and Treasury. As a preferred partner, we focus on people, processes, technology, and data to drive transformation. Our team members are key contributors through the application of frameworks and principles with an emphasis on leveraging critical and economic thinking to drive value.

What You Will Do
  • Support businesses and capabilities in the planning and execution of system projects
  • Perform tool fit assessments, apply critical thinking, and recommend optimal solutions
  • Identify strategic opportunities within the organization and the tool
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to identify mutually beneficial opportunities
  • Develop thoughtful data layouts and workflows to support analysis and financial reports
  • Construct or optimize existing system processes


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience with OneStream as a power user or administrator
  • Knowledge of systems, accounting, finance, consolidations, eliminations, metadata, and/or reporting
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and projects simultaneously while partnering with key stakeholders


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience with EBX or other metadata management tools
  • Experience supporting financial close processes and financial reporting
  • Experience with BI tools, financial data presentation, FP& A, and the analytical needs of business users
  • Ability to read, write, or interpret coding languages like SQL and # for business rule development and trouble shooting
