As a Data Governance team member within Payments Digital Domain Services Data Team, you will play a pivotal role in executing data governance strategies and policies. You will manage data classifications, apply data standards across multiple applications, provide guidance to the team, and access management. Job responsibilities

• Implement and execute data governance strategies
• Manage day-to-day data governance tasks and data control processes
• Review product roadmaps and proactively work with the team to enable required controls
• Develop data architecture and element level classifications
• Implement regulatory uplift programs and track progress

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience with exposure to Financial Services
• experience leading project teams
• experience with data quality management and compliance with data governance policies
• experience with data management and architecture
• demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Work collaboratively across multiple teams within the firm

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• hands-on experience with entitlement management and applying data access controls
• familiar with industry standards, privacy, and trends for data management
