Your day to day
- Collaborate with Diverse Departments: Engage proactively with various departments across the organization to deliver comprehensive financial insights that drive informed decision-making. Foster a culture of collaboration to ensure that financial strategies are aligned with the overarching organizational goals, thereby enhancing overall performance and accountability.
- In-Depth Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses of financial data to prepare detailed reports that not only highlight performance metrics but also provide actionable insights. Communicate these findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and understanding to facilitate strategic discussions and initiatives.
- Budget Monitoring and Strategic Forecasting: Take ownership of budget management by closely monitoring expenditures and revenues. Conduct rigorous financial forecasting and risk analysis to support strategic planning efforts, enabling the organization to anticipate challenges and seize opportunities for growth.
- Relationship Building with Key Stakeholders: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and executive leadership. Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to share financial insights and address inquiries, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who provides innovative financial solutions tailored to the needs of the organization.
- Development and Implementation of Financial Policies: Play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures that promote best practices and compliance. Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders to enhance their financial acumen, while continuously identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements that contribute to the organization’s bottom line.
What we need from you
- Dynamic and Accomplished Business Leader with over 5 years of extensive experience in finance, strategy, and management consulting. Proven track record of delivering exceptional financial, analytical, and business planning support to diverse business units, ensuring alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives and driving operational success.
- Strategic Partnership with Senior Management: Collaborate closely with senior executives, including those at the Senior Vice President level, to develop, refine, and present comprehensive business plans that not only meet but exceed performance expectations and drive measurable results.
- Proactive Efficiency Identification: Expert in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for operational efficiency. Skilled in gaining buy-in from senior leadership and implementing transformative changes to financial planning and reporting processes, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams through complex projects, fostering collaboration, and driving change initiatives. Adept at navigating and communicating within a complex matrix organization, ensuring alignment and clarity among stakeholders at all levels.
- Influential Communication Skills: Strong ability to challenge the status quo and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic alignment across the organization.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $58, 844 to $115, 000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
