Role Purpose

This highly impactful and visible role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and serving as a trusted advisor to the SVP Digital and Direct Channels (DDC) in executing the team’s vision and running the daily team’s operations. The person in this role applies a strategy, operations and delivery mindset to bring strategic planning & communication, project management, stakeholder management, and leadership to ensure that the organization’s goals are defined, monitored, and achieved effectively and efficiently.

Your Day to Day

  • Lead strategic planning and priority-setting for Digital and Direct Channels, collaborating with senior leadership and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Develop business cases, manage channel-wide project planning, and oversee timely, on-budget delivery while mitigating risks.
  • Analyze market and technology trends to inform strategy; develop KPIs to measure success and identify improvement areas.
  • Create executive communications and foster a culture of engagement, empowerment, and alignment through leadership collaboration and team initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and support cross-functional projects, including product launches and enterprise priorities, to optimize operations and impact.

What We Need From You

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience, including 3 years in strategy, project/product management, product development, marketing, or operations.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, project management, and leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and build consensus across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing high-performing teams and working closely with senior executives, maintaining confidentiality and a product-focused, customer-centric approach.

Location – Atlanta GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

The salary range for this role is $100, 000 to $174, 000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
