There is a place for you at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health!Highland Rivers Behavioral Health provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of the Scheduling Department and Front Office Operations for the Outpatient Programs for Highland Rivers Behavioral Health. These staff provide support to the clinical and medical staff who provide services for individuals.Are you ready to make a Difference?Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Scheduling Department Staff and directly supervise the Clerical Leads who provide support services for clinical staff.
  • Work in partnership with Outpatient Managers and Clinical Leads to communicate programmatic changes, and recommend process adjustments.
  • Prepare and monitor reports for compliance with agency goals, processes, policies and objectives.
  • Build, adjust, and monitor billable staff schedules and caseloads when necessary.
  • Schedule appointments with adherence to current processes in an effort to best serve our individuals, with reimbursement for service being a priority.
  • Process telephone calls and messages promptly with strict adherence to confidentiality, policies, and procedures.
  • Enter data, documents, and relevant interactions with individuals served in a concise and thorough manner in electronic health record.
  • Coordinate with team and other Leads to ensure front office is adequately staffed during operating hours for assigned site.
  • Complete and submit reports, reviews, and purchase/facility/check requests for designated site accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
