There is a place for you at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health!Highland Rivers Behavioral Health provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.JOB SUMMARY: The Highland Behavioral Rivers Health Developmental Disabilities program provides activities, services, learning opportunities and supports to help individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities live independently in their communities. The program provides year-round, quality-driven social, recreational, vocational, and educational programs for individuals, and provides support to their families.

Are you ready to make a Difference?DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • • Update HRST's for individuals in the home
  • • Assist staff with doctor's appointments if more than one person has an appointment.
  • • Create monthly menu (other staff members will shop)
  • • Create monthly outing schedule
  • • Maintain books in the home to ensure they are up to date and accurate
  • Assure H& S drills are completed
  • Monitor staff to make sure they are completing HRST tracking, bowel tracking, and other tracking required.

  • • On-call rotation with DDP's
  • • Other duties as assigned.
