Georgia-Pacific is seeking an Engineering Intern to join our team in Summer 2025 in Atlanta, Georgia! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Intern to join our team. The intern will work closely with our mobile equipment team to support various projects and initiatives focused on data and analytics.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
• Support the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to optimize engineering processes.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations based on data insights.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.).
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
• Previous internship or project experience in an engineering or analytics role.
