Our Team

GP is seeking a Director of Enterprise Integrations to fill a key position as a member of the Software Engineering & Integration Leadership team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a very dynamic, cross functional team where they are expected to use their initiative, judgment, and sense of urgency to fulfill requirements.

What You Will Do

A strong performer in this role will effectively apply our culture and PBM® management philosophy to excel at:

  • Drive the vision and roadmap for the Enterprise Integrations team, developing strategies for delivering internal and external mission-critical application and partner integrations.
  • Lead the Engineering team accountable for EDI and cloud-based integrations, supporting various GP business units and integrating with internal systems and external partners.
  • Collaborate with the other IT capabilities and the business to identify integration opportunities to drive business value and operational excellence.
  • Understand demand and manage resource allocation to ensure the team is focused on the right initiatives and outcomes.
  • Partner with the Enterprise and Solution Architecture teams to design and maintain the enterprise integrations architecture for EDI and cloud-based integrations, ensuring scalability, reliability and security.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, ensuring the successful delivery of integration projects and acquisition of appropriate tooling.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing and optimizing the team's processes and engineering practices applying economic thinking.
  • Internalize, apply and steward our Principle Based Management culture.
  • Collaborate and be a challenge partner to the other SE& I and IT Capabilities.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • At least 10 years of solid understanding of Software Engineering techniques, methodologies and best practices.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Engineering teams.
  • Background in Software Engineering and knowledge of Engineering Processes/SDLC.
  • Knowledge and experience participating or implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with EDI and external integrations.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Knowledge of modern web/mobile application architecture.
  • AWS knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in leading offshore teams.
