Your Job Georgia Pacific's Building Products Teams is adding a Change Network and Training Analyst to assist with the Catalyst Project. This role will focus on ensuring the readiness and adoption of new processes and technologies for all Building Products and will report to the program's Organizational Change Management Manager.
What You Will DoChange Network
- Partner with key stakeholders to e xecut e transformation network plans in support of Catalyst.
- Coordinat e the mobilization and ongoing engagement of super users across Building Products.
- Coordinat e super user communication plans/deliverables, ensuring messaging and execution aligns with Building Products' vision.
- Collaborat e with the program team to prepare super users for hypercare support.
Training
- Partner with onsite and offshore training team members to manage training task completion.
- Collaborate with our Change Leads and a network of subject matter experts, training developers, and super users on training development and deployment.
- Work collaboratively, manage multiple and concurrent deployments, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
- Tracking and reporting on training completions for super and end users for each deployment.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across a matrixed organization
- Experience in successfully executing projects or implementing processes with multiple competing demands
- Proven written and verbal communication skills, listening skills, and ability to work with and actively engage a diverse group of stakeholders
- Proficiency with Office 365 Suite of applications
- Ability to travel up to 2 5% or more during peak deployment periods (for candidates not in Atlanta)
What Will Put You Ahead- Experience in program implementation focused on change management, communications, or learning
- Experience in Georgia Pacific Building Products or another Koch Industr ies company
- Industry knowledge and experience working with manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated P rinciples of management practitioner
