Job Description:

The Service Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of office services, providing exceptional support to our internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage various administrative and operational tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize daily incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate sorting and distribution.

  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting employees with various requests via phone and in-person.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records of office supplies, equipment, and other materials, initiating reorders as needed to prevent stockouts.

  • Perform general office administration duties, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, scheduling, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.

  • Operate and maintain office equipment such as copiers, printers, and mail machines, troubleshooting minor issues and coordinating repairs when necessary.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite effectively for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Adhere to professional etiquette in all communications and interactions, representing Epiq Global in a positive light.

  • Demonstrate strong self-management skills, including time management, task prioritization, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Actively participate in initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to a positive team environment.


Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or office administration role.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Demonstrated ability in inventory management and maintaining accurate records.

  • Experience with mail services, including sorting, processing, and handling deliveries.

  • Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Understanding of professional etiquette and its application in a corporate environment.

  • Regular 1st Shift schedule, with some flexibility to support business needs

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is 14.38 to 18.50 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual' s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
