Entry-Level Triage Oral Surgery Assistant to support patient flow and clinical operations in a fast-paced oral surgery practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in oral surgery.
Training is provided.ScheduleTuesday - Saturday
7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with patient triage and preparation for procedures
Obtain and document vital signs
Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients and caregivers
Review treatment plans with patients under provider guidance
Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with state regulations
Perform instrument sterilization and follow OSHA and infection control protocols
Support efficient patient flow and assist the clinical team as needed
QualificationsEntry-level candidates welcome; dental or oral surgery experience a plus
X-ray certification required or willingness to obtain
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Requirements Education/Credentials:
- A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is .
- Radiography requirements according to the state regulations.
Job related experience:
- Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
- Pediatric experience, preferred

- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.

- Must have PC skills with an ability to learn and successfully use new software programs as required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is preferred; as well as experience with a fax machine, copy machine, and general office equipment.
Working conditions:
- Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
