JOB DESCRIPTION

Scope

As a Warehouse Clerk 1, you will perform kitting, pick pack and ship activities, and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments under the direction of the Operations Manager. You must be extremely organized and able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of outbound logistics is also required. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of experience as a Logistics Clerk using logistics systems.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing shipping, and coordinating logistics efforts for 3 separate business units
  • Coordinate interstate and international shipments
  • Support internal customer service as well as perform investigations on missing or lost shipments
  • Maintain inventory of 15 different finished and kitted goods, as well as inventory newly manufactured goods, subassemblies, kitting components, raw materials, and packaging. This includes inspection, acceptance and ingestion of new inventory into material control system.
  • Day to day coordination of working areas to include kitting, shipping, logistics, assembly of finished goods and raw material assembly for internal production and/or external manufacturer use.
  • Accurate use of ERP software system to include kitting, logistics of in/out bound shipments, processing returns and inventory management
