JOB DESCRIPTION

Scope

The QA - UAT engineer will be part of a team of engineers to design and implement new features and integrations for StreamLabs IoT water products and systems. You will execute manual and automated test cases to validate business requirements, design specifications, and production readiness. You will develop and execute test plans created to validate software solutions using real-world scenarios and proposed business processes. You will document and report defects, usability variances, and business process issues that negatively impact customer experience or product performance. You will contribute to the definition of testing acceptance criteria and provide final approval of production readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans for both System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required.
  • Define test strategies and methodologies for executing SIT and UAT.
  • Review test cases with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements
  • Document and report test results, including defects and issues found during testing.
  • Document test processes, procedures, and outcomes for future reference and audit purposes.
