Quality Manager

Responsibilities

The Quality Manager is responsible for managing the overall plant quality system and product testing. The Quality Manager is also responsible for the supervision of the entire Quality Department.Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, required
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment, required
• 5+ years of experience in a Quality leadership role, required
• 5+ years' experience in Problem Solving Techniques and Root Cause Analysis
• Quality System Management with ISO experience, highly preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Continuous Improvement experience, highly preferred
• Experience managing color acuity, preferred

Other Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP
• Demonstrated success with critical communications - internal and external customers to gain alignment and progress toward goal
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to resolve critical issues
