Description:
Primary Responsibility:
Gathers customer related operational and financial data, performs analyses and helps to draw conclusions based on that data, prepares appropriate and relevant reports/recommendations and coordinates with customer and operational sites for implementation/maintenance of programs in support of the customer business.
What You'll Do:
- Support new and ongoing customer programs across the sites servicing Key Account Customer business
- Provide support to customer and regional operations teams through analysis and distribution of key customer data pertaining to the business at sites servicing the Key Account Customer business including reoccurring volume/revenue forecasts
- Ownership of specific customer driven initiatives and programs
- Supports the team in the development of Return on Investment programs by developing new metrics to prioritize and optimize opportunities, preform post-profitability analysis, develop presentation materials for upper management
- Assists in the preparation of management reports summarizing operational results for the period, including both financial and non-financial data, and assists in developing slides for customer presentations as needed or as requested
- Identify performance trends related to daily/monthly KPIs and routinely provide insights, make recommendations, and share risks with team
- Analyze problems, seen and unseen, to develop customer focused solutions
- Performs other ad-hoc reporting and projects and duties as assigned to support various departments
What Experience and Education You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related area
- 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations or Finance
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word
- Infrequent travel may be required (less than 15%)

Physical Requirements:
- Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions
- Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending
- Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work]
- Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks
- May require travel by automobile and airplane up for business
- May require a visit to facility operations in temperatures at or below freezing
- May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 pounds
- Requires the use of various electronic tools
- Requires the ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions: must partner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremes
- Requires the performance of work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, or speaking with others; and respond appropriately to constructive feedback from executive management
