What you'll Do

• Partner with Global Data Governance ensuring all supplier information is accurate and up-to-date
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding portal-related inquiries and issues
• Assist suppliers with adoption of the portal, PO/invoice creation
• Provide training on portal functionalities
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and supplier information
• Collaborate with the accounts payable team to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
• Analyze portal usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures related to the supplier portal
• Coordinate with IT and finance teams to implement updates or enhancements to the portal
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What Experience and Education You Need

• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related financial operations
• Familiarity with supplier portals and electronic invoicing systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What Could Set You Apart

• Experience with Oracle, Oracle Fusion
• Knowledge of GAAP and other financial regulations
• Certification in accounts payable or finance (e.g., A/P Certification)
• Experience with process automation and optimization in accounts payable
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in financial transactions

Physical Requirements

• Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions
• Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending
• Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work
• Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks
• May require travel by automobile and airplane for business
• May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing
• May require carrying loads related to travel and the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds
• Requires the use of various electronic tools
