Delivery Specialist
Summary of the role:

We are seeking a Delivery Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role focused on supporting clients by customizing solution outputs to meet their unique business needs. The position requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative environment.

In This role You'll:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing data-related questions and helping them leverage provided solutions to solve business challenges.
  • Conduct initial investigations into data discrepancies and guide clients on how to resolve issues using available datasets.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting for customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Adapt to changing requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with colleagues both locally and remotely, taking direction and contributing to team objectives.

About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous Delivery Specialist, Customer Support, Data Analyst, or Hospitality experience required.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills are highly valued.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (ability to run statements; coding expertise not required).
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a technical or analytical context.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Hospitality industry experience is a significant plus
  • Willingness to learn new applications and adapt to evolving business needs.
