Description:
Job Title: Risk Compliance ManagerJob Purpose: As part of ACI Worldwide's Product effort, manage ACI's Risk Compliance programs across various domains, including regulated payments, business continuity, financial controls, and information security. Ensure that ACI's products and operations meet regulatory standards and mitigate risks through comprehensive planning and execution.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Manage ACI's risk compliance programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Record Information Management (RIM) to address various risk scenarios.
- Create, test, and document regulatory, financial, operational, and AML records to ensure information integrity and transaction accuracy.
- Monitor the regulatory environment, assess changes, and translate regulatory guidance into actionable requirements.
- Identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, and manage risks within the business unit, addressing control gaps and driving remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with vertical and horizontal functions to address risk and compliance issues, providing solutions based on internal models and advice.
- Interpret and translate risk and compliance requirements across functional areas, including technology, product, and centralized risk functions.
- Foster a risk-aware culture within the organization, providing continuous risk and compliance education.
- Partner with internal SMEs, risk domain leaders, and legal partners on regulatory interpretations and compliance matters.
- Perform comprehensive risk evaluations and prioritize the uplift of the internal control environment.
- Ensure adherence to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): - A bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- 7+ years of regulatory compliance and risk management experience within the financial services industry; payments/fintech/service provider experience desired.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge and experience in defining and applying regulatory compliance requirements and financial industry rules to technologies, data, and business processes.
- Experience in performing risk and control assessments, functional mapping, control testing, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
- High ethical standards and integrity to uphold compliance and risk management policies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications: - 8+ years of operational or technical support in the Payment Services industry.
- Prior experience with AML/BSA and FinCEN regulations and requirements.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate compliance procedures.
Work Environment: - Standard office environment with the majority of time spent on a computer.
- Travel required, up to 25%.
Physical Demands: - Capability to attend normal office working environment.
