This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be currently located near our Norcross, GA or Omaha, NE office.

Job Summary:

Leads the concept, plan, design, and development of software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently designs, develops, tests and delivers high quality software/solutions with limited direction from the project lead and/or manager.
• Creates and reviews assigned product/project deliverables (i.e. impact assessments, external and internal specifications, code manuals, education material, installation guides, etc.).
• Assists with setting technical direction for ACI products and/or projects.
• Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to the development organization.
• Isolates and corrects complex problems at a subsystem level.
• Anticipates solutions for the customer that results in better products.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent software development experience.
• 12+ years' experience in designing and architecting solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and supporting enterprise-grad SaaS products using Microsoft Stack on AWS.
• Must have the ability to plan for quality, security, scalability, performance, cost, operability and supportability.
• Extensive experience with ASP.Net, #, .Net Core, Angular, and message queuing with ability to understand complex domain problems and develop PoCs.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns.
• Ability to outline current and future vision enterprise architecture, including traceability from business and IT strategies to suggested technologies.
• Good communication skills to present ideas, solutions, and analytical abilities to troubleshoot ideas.
• Able to assess the benefits and shortcomings of various technologies in the overall architecture and purpose.
• Ability to mentor technical teams.
