Process Improvement Engineer

This position reports to Packaging Business Unit and is based at our Stattena site in Helsingborg, Sweden.

What you will do

As our Process Improvement Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our continuous improvement journey, driving world-class manufacturing operations that meet customer expectations in terms of safety, quality, reliability, and cost targets. Your expertise in process analysis and improvement methodologies will be crucial to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives: Coordinate and implement activities to maximize productivity, efficiency, and optimize costs while reducing waste and process variability. You'll analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Support site OKRs: Drive process improvements using established methodologies and benchmark best practices of Kenvue Operating Excellence (KOE), Quality, and Safety.
  • Support product/project pipeline : Contribute expertise to new product introductions and changes to existing products
  • Serve as Process SME: Manage User Requirement Specifications (URS) and process-related documents after approval
  • Material testing - Perform and document testing of new/updated materials.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
  • Further education in relevant field
  • Proven experience in process improvement within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.Project management and communication skills.
  • Outstanding ' lean attitude ' and willingness/ability to learn fast
  • Complete professional proficiency in both Swedish & English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office

Desired Qualifications
  • Lean / Six Sigma / Green Belt certification would be a plus
