Master Production Planner

This position reports to Regional Planning Senior Manager and is based at Stattena, Helsingborg.

What you will do

The Production Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure production plans align with demand and capacity:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a master production schedule that meets customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of production schedules and changes.
  • Identify and proactively address potential production constraints and bottlenecks.
  • Continuously improve production planning processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to production planning team members.
  • Aligning and updating the supply plan with OOR (out of region) stakeholders
  • Execuite and SME representing Planning in Plant projects and region initiatives.
  • Responsible for maintaining master data, generation of RCCP and discussing the actions / outcome with MAKE team
  • Work on the agility initiatives improvement to reduce RLT, MOQ optimization

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, ideally in manufacturing industries such as pharmeauticals, food & drink.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Team player with flexibility to support and provide help to others
  • Full fluency in both Swedish & English.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
