Lab Data Technician This position reports to QC Material Manager and is based at Helsingborg, Sweden.

What you will do The Lab Data Technician is a part of the Lab Data Systems team that are system responsible for the 15 systems used in the QC Laboratory. Within the role is included application and user support within QC and QA and responsibility of m aintaining the systems and software in a validated status to meet GXP requirements .
Due to the extended usage of laboratory information management system, LIMS, this role is a key role in maintaining and developing the system to work optimally in the daily lab execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert in LIMS.
- Maintain laboratory data systems and software in a validated status, meet GXP requirements and user functions.
- Periodic review, review of audit trail, test of back up/restoration of data, administration, support, and documentation of laboratory data systems.
- System validations, change controls, decommissions.
- Conduct qualifications after changes and updates.
- Follow regulations, internal and external guidelines, monitoring and acting on data integrity and compliance risks.
- Meeting the need for licenses and support agreements for current software.
- Application and user support within QC and QA.
- Issue reporting, vendor contacts, solving and follow-up.
- Entering analysis methods and specifications into LIMS and r ecommend technical solutions when needed.
- Present procedures and workflow in internal and external GMP audits.
- Collaborate to create and maintain documentation for area of responsibility, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs) and other procedure documents.
- Train users, add/remove users to system.
What we are looking for Required Qualifications
- System scientist degree or equivalent.
- Several years of related experience of programming & Strong technical/IT knowledge
- Experience of GxP systems and from working in a regulated environment.
- Good ability of translating technical needs in the daily laboratory work into functional solutions in LIMS.
- Ability to prioritize initiatives within timeline.
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships.
- Complete professional fluency in both the Swedish and English languages
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as administrator in LabWare LIMS.
- Ability to see and implement improvements that can streamline the laboratory work within the area of digitalization.
