This position reports to the Production Manager Solids End-to-End and is based at Helsingborg.

What you will do
You are responsible for a team of team leaders responsible for the production of the packaging lines in the Solids Department. Reporting to Production Manager Solids End-To-End, Kenvue Helsingborg.
You are a key actor of the factory organization by leading the Production team towards world class manufacturing operations to meet customer expectations in terms of safety, quality, reliability and costs targets.
You are responsible for managing and developing personnel to meet with compliance standards (safety, quality, legal), drive employee engagement, fulfill reliability targets (service, productivity, efficiency), and deliver costs targets for the selected production unit.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• You are responsible for managing resources effectively (people, material, capital, financials) to meet all compliance standards (safety, quality, legal), reliability (service, productivity, efficiency) service and financials targets
• Deploy Site Strategy in co-operation with Production Manager Solids End-To-End within the Production Unit
• Act as a role model for The Kenvue Way, and fosters a Kenvue culture within the Production Unit
• Drive Employee Engagement by implementing impactful actions to boost employee satisfaction
• Instills a compliance culture on the shopfloor through self-inspections, Gemba Walk, 5S programs
• Coach her/his direct team achieving their objectives and implementing development plans for employees
• Deliver reliability targets to meet customer demand (customer service, schedule attainment) while maximizing efficiency (OEE)
• Lead continuous improvement roadmap and programs to maximize productivity, efficiency, and costs as well as reducing waste and process variability
• Ensure completion of non conformances investigations and root-cause analysis, as well as implementation of corrective/preventive action (CAPA)
• Support product/project portfolio pipeline such as new product introduction and changes to existing products and support the execution of planned validation/qualification
• Facilitate the exchange of best practices and benchmarking
Required Leadership and Key Competencies
• Lead and motivates a team and support the creation of a trusting and collaborative work environment that positively contributes to employee engagement

• Empower people at manufacturing site to deliver the desired results
• Achieve objectives through coaching others, both in her/his team and in the entire site organization
• Solve problems by applying structured and agile root cause problem solving tools and coach others to apply them
• Develop direct reports with a clear roadmap to meet their aspirations and talent pipeline
Experience:
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in the Manufacturing/Supply Chain of FMCG or Pharmaceutical or related industry
• Experience outside Manufacturing would be a plus
• Outstanding 'lean attitude' and willingness/ability to learn fast
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Education
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
• Lean / Six Sigma / Green Belt certification would be a plus
